1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (New Paid Subscriptions)
We want you to be completely satisfied with CropStudio AI. If you subscribe to any of our paid plans (Starter, Pro, or Business) and find that our platform does not suit your catalog workflow, you may request a 100% full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase date, provided you have consumed less than 20% of your plan's monthly credit quota.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time directly from your Billing & Usage dashboard with a single click. Once canceled:
- You will not be billed for subsequent billing cycles.
- Your remaining credits and plan features will remain active until the end of your current 30-day billing cycle.
3. Add-on Credit Top-ups
Individual credit top-up packages are non-refundable once purchased, except in cases of verified duplicate billing transactions.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under our 7-day policy or report a billing dispute:
- Email our billing team at billing@cropstudio.ai.
- Include your registered account email and Razorpay payment ID (or Invoice Number).
- Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days as per standard banking timelines in India.
