💼 Full Commercial Rights Included

All images, try-ons, and visual marketing assets created on CropStudio AI come with 100% royalty-free commercial usage rights. You are free to publish them across Flipkart, Amazon India, Meesho, Myntra, Meta Ads, and your brand web store.

1. Agreement to Terms

By registering for an account or using CropStudio AI services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Services & Subscription Plans

CropStudio AI provides an automated catalog generation suite with tiered monthly subscription plans:

Starter Plan (₹699 / month): 300 credits monthly (up to 30 AI images in 1K Standard HD).
Pro Plan (₹1,999 / month): 1,000 credits monthly (up to 100 AI images in 2K Ultra HD + Multi-Platform exports).
Business Plan (₹5,999 / month): 3,000 credits monthly (up to 300 AI images in 4K Master Studio Native quality + VIP priority processing).

3. Credit System & Auto-Refunds

Each paid AI generation operation consumes 10 credits from your balance. Background removal and plain white background operations are 100% free and unlimited across all active plans. If an AI generation fails due to a system error or timeout, the consumed 10 credits are automatically credited back to your account balance.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to upload content that:

Contains explicit, defamatory, or illegal materials.
Infringes on third-party trademarks, copyrights, or publicity rights without authorization.
Attempts to reverse-engineer, overwhelm, or disrupt our AI pipeline infrastructure.

5. Billing, Upgrades & Cancellations

Subscription fees are billed on a recurring 30-day cycle via Razorpay. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing & Usage Dashboard. When upgrading, proration discounts apply immediately.

6. Limitation of Liability

CropStudio AI is provided "as is" with guaranteed 99.8% platform uptime. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from marketplace listing rejections by external eCommerce platforms.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad / Bangalore, India.
