Welcome to CropStudio AI ("we," "our," or "us"). We provide an AI-powered visual production studio for fashion e-commerce brands, sellers, and agencies. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit our website (cropstudio.ai) and use our cloud application.
2. Information We Collect
- Account Credentials: Email address, business name, and authentication tokens via Google OAuth or secure email login.
- Uploaded Media: Product photos, garment images, and apparel flat-lays uploaded to generate on-model try-ons and lifestyle scenes.
- Payment Details: All payment transactions are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store raw credit card numbers or UPI PINs on our servers.
- Usage & Telemetry: Features used, generation mode preferences, download counts, and API response metrics to improve stability.
3. How We Process & Store Images
When you upload apparel photos, our system processes them using advanced computer vision and enterprise AI APIs (such as Google Cloud Vertex AI and OpenAI Enterprise) governed by zero-data-retention commercial terms.
Generated catalog outputs are securely stored in your private Assets Library with encrypted cloud storage, accessible solely by your account.
4. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only share essential information with trusted infrastructure providers:
- Razorpay: For secure payment gateway processing and invoicing.
- Enterprise Cloud Infrastructure: Encrypted databases and storage servers.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
You can delete any uploaded asset or generated image from your Assets Library at any time. If you request account closure, all associated records, API logs, and stored assets will be permanently purged within 30 days.
